What is an installment loan?
Our installment loans provide one lump sum upfront, which you repay over time through fixed installment payments, making it easier to plan and stay on budget.
Will you check my credit?
For loans under $800, we review a credit report from an alternative reporting agency rather than the three major credit bureaus. This helps us verify eligibility, including whether you have outstanding loans elsewhere.
For loans over $800, we pull a TransUnion credit report.
Already have a loan or two?
That’s no problem, you can still apply even if you have a loan now. We’ll review your situation and go over your options with you.
On SSI or fixed income?
Yes, you can still qualify with steady income. Just bring your most recent award letter so we can verify your income and move forward.
What do I need to qualify?
Live in the local area, have verifiable income, and have a checking/savings account or ACH Debit Capable Card Bank Account.
What are your days and hours of operation?
All store locations are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are closed Sunday.
What if I have filed bankruptcy in the past, can I still qualify?
No problem, as long as your bankruptcy has been discharged or closed.
How can I apply?
The fastest way is to call or visit the location most convenient for you, or apply online and a representative will contact you during business hours the same day.
How long does it take to get an approval?
It normally takes 30 minutes or less from application to pre-approval.
How much can I borrow?
Each customer’s situation is different and the only way for us to determine what is right for you is to process the application completely. We will do our absolute best to try to get you the amount that you request.
Do I need direct deposit to qualify for a loan?
No. You can qualify for a loan even if you don’t have a direct deposit into your account.
Can I qualify for a higher loan amount in the future?
Possibly. Each time you apply for a new loan or refinance your current loan, we review your information to determine the amount you may qualify for at that time. Loan amounts can vary based on factors like payment history, income, and state guidelines.
Can I get additional funds before I make the final payment on my current loan?
In some cases, you may be eligible to refinance your current loan for a new loan amount. This would require a new application and approval. A team member can walk you through your options based on your current account and eligibility.
What options do I have when my loan is due?
You can pay off your loan at any time with no penalty for early payoff. For scheduled payments, you can visit our office, have a payment processed through your bank, or make a payment by phone using a debit card. You’re also welcome to pay more than your scheduled amount at any time to pay your loan off faster.
Are your services confidential?
We respect the privacy of our customers and we keep all of your personal information and information regarding all transactions completely confidential.
Who can I contact if I have a suggestion, comment or complaint?
